She then also chose the paint colors, hired a painter, picked the carpet color and hired the carpet installer. She also worked closely with a landscaper to put in colorful plants and make improvements to the yards. Julie was very proactive as a buyers agent sending us listings that me tour predetermined specifications. She did not send us details of irrelevant properties. Julie arranged multiple appointments with a family member, often more than one on the same day, and she would either drive us to the property or meet us there at a pre-determined time. She was always very punctual. In addition, Julie offered good insights and she went out of her way to ensure that we were buying a house that met our needs rather than trying to sell us the most expensive house. This was very refreshing. She has also offered to help us even after buying the property should something come up.
